This illustration is a contemporary take on a thousands years old motiff – the biblical Eve eating the forbidden fruit.
My interpretation is very ornamental and decorative, with flat and abstract depiction of eaves and apples, which create a pattern surrounding the main character. Eve is a white silhouette in the middle of the composition. Her elongated body levitates among the fruits in a seductive pose. She holds a bitten apple in her hand, the red snake is graciously wrapping around her legs, and she's looking straight into the viewer's eyes with a mysterious expression on her face.
